Financial arrangements and property maintenance are flexible between property owner and Preferred Realty Management. We can handle all aspects of these reponsibilities or only the degree to which you choose. Our management fees are based on the extent of your needs.
We have an exemplary accountant. her duties include collecting rent, paying owners, returning security depostis, keeps tabs on water, sewer and trash bills, and much more. She makes monthly payments to owners while supplying detailed invoices of any expenses.
We also offer direct deposit for owner payments and our tenants have the option to pay rent online if we fully manage their property.
Management Fees are based on the Services contracted.
